Ideal characteristics or experience:

Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field) CPL 1,2 or 3 ( wage is assigned based on years of experience and education/training documented in OCCRRA) Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team Supports families through daily communication and engagement Joins in on fun- singing and dancing Commits to watching students grow through the whole year (longevity) Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships Professional and committed to quality Motivated and holds true to what you say you will do (integrity) Other experience may include babysitting, RBT/ ABA work, Elementary School teachers, childcare or school internships or student teaching. Responsibilities Include:
