We are looking for a strong, growth-minded leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a meaningful impact. Overview The Assistant Center Director supports daily center operations in partnership with the Center Director. This role helps ensure high-quality classroom environments, strong family relationships, staff support, and full compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Center Director in daily operations and overall center management Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom environments Assist with staff scheduling, enrollment management, and family communication Help maintain compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations Support classroom operations and provide coverage or supervision as needed Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring staff Support licensing inspections, documentation, and compliance requirements Serve as acting Center Director when needed Why Join Us?
