• Implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children's development.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care.
• Collaborate with parents to understand and meet individual child needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior using an app on a tablet.
• Administer experience curriculum assessments and ASQ screening tool
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment. Qualifications
• Experience with children in a childcare or daycare setting
• Classroom experience working with Pre-K or Preschoolers
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles
• First aid certification
• Understanding of childhood development stages
• Ability to manage a classroom and behavior effectively
• Previous experience in Classroom a plus.
