Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive atmosphere for all students. Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and attention. Support children with special needs by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication. Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes exploration and learning. Experience Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is beneficial. Familiarity with childhood development milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Experience in managing classroom dynamics effectively. Background in special education or working with students who have diverse learning needs is a plus. Understanding of toddler care practices and infant care techniques is essential.
