Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development and foster a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities. Engage children in various activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur during class. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Experience Previous experience working in a daycare setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in teaching or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for working with children with special needs is preferred. First aid certification is a plus.
