We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Infant/Toddler Teacher who loves working with young children and is committed to providing quality care. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks-3 years). Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain accurate records of diaper changes, meals, naps, and daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and development. Follow all Oklahoma DHS licensing regulations and health and safety procedures. Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being. Work cooperatively with other staff members to provide excellent care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must pass required background checks. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, kneel, and sit on the floor. Positive attitude, dependable, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
