In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your primary goal is to foster developmental growth through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective classroom management. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital part in supporting families and ensuring each child's unique needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development and infant care principles Provide attentive caregiving, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supervising infants throughout the day Foster a safe and clean classroom environment by maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards at all times Engage infants in sensory activities, tummy time, music, and play to promote physical and cognitive development Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns Manage classroom routines efficiently while ensuring a nurturing atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development stages specific to infants and toddlers Experience in classroom management within early childhood education environments Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education or working with individuals with disabilities are advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children who have diverse needs or disabilities Join us to inspire curiosity, support growth, and provide loving care during the most formative years!
