We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a modern, nurturing, play-based environment. Position Overview We're seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher who is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to fostering meaningful learning experiences. In this role, you'll help plan curriculum, guide daily activities, and create a warm, inclusive classroom where children can thrive. Key ResponsibilitiesChild Development & Classroom Instruction Help plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development Observe and document children's progress Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, including children with special needs Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere Classroom Environment & Safety Assist with organizing and maintaining learning environments Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards Monitor classroom cleanliness and perform daily safety checks Help manage classroom materials and resources Family Communication & Team Collaboration Build positive, professional relationships with families; provide updates as needed Participate in parent-teacher conferences Collaborate with team members to plan themes, activities, and school events Attend staff meetings and contribute to a strong team culture Professional Growth Participate in ongoing professional development Stay updated on early childhood education practices Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred) Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification and background check (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits Competitive pay + 1.5x overtime Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + bonus incentives Paid training and professional development Supportive, positive work environment Employee childcare discounts
