Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, motor, social, and emotional development for toddlers. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and team members. Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene practices with patience and care. Foster positive behavior management strategies to guide children's social interactions and emotional regulation. Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities aligned with childhood development standards. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in settings such as daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom environments. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during all activities. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching toddlers. Ability to follow health and safety protocols diligently while maintaining a nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
