The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing young children and diligent in maintaining high quality standards for education and care. This is a full-time position; the teacher selected for this role will be responsible for caring for groups of pre-school or pre-K aged children. Who Are We? Compensation and Benefits:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour base pay, and the following benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount Paid time off IRA Retirement Plan Professional development assistance This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour/week schedule. Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant and toddler-aged children Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or educational setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques First aid and CPR certification preferred Experience working with infants is a plus As a preschool teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
