Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate Daycare Worker to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children in our care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and early childhood education, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. We are looking for a 6am to 10 am shift, Monday thru Friday. Duties

Create a secure and stimulating setting for children to explore, learn, and play.
Execute age-appropriate activities and educational programs to engage students.
Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diaper changing, and ensuring cleanliness.
Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Organize daily classroom activities and maintain a structured routine.
Address behavioral issues using effective behavior management strategies. Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
