Join our KinderCare team in Greensburg as a Toddler Teacher and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for young children during one of the most important stages of their development. For this position, we are looking for someone with previous daycare or early childhood classroom experience who is comfortable taking responsibility for their classroom and working independently when needed. What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers Plan and lead age-appropriate learning experiences, play, and activities Support children's social-emotional, language, motor, and early learning development Manage daily classroom routines, meals, diapering/toileting, naps, and transitions Supervise children and maintain required classroom ratios Build positive, professional relationships with families Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Communicate with families about children's daily experiences and development Partner with center leadership and other teachers while confidently managing your classroom independently when needed We're Looking for Someone Who Has previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, childcare center, or early childhood classroom Is comfortable being responsible for a classroom and supervising children independently Has experience working with toddlers or young children Understands the importance of routines, active supervision, and classroom management Is dependable, patient, caring, and confident working with young children Works well both independently and as part of a teaching team Can meet Pennsylvania and KinderCare requirements to work independently in the classroom Why KinderCare?
