Job Summary •Newly Created Position• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher II to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will assist in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child development instruction will inspire young learners and support their growth through engaging activities and personalized attention. Duties Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children Assist in conducting assessments to monitor child development progress and tailor instructional approaches accordingly Support early intervention efforts by helping to identify developmental delays or special needs and collaborating with specialists as needed Support maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and literacy education techniques Familiarity with classroom management practices, behavior management techniques, and mandated reporting laws Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners Successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education- Valid PA Certification preferred Background check clearances including Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151. Pay:
$38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
