What A Day Looks Like:
As an educator with us, you are a key partner in early learning - actively guiding developmental milestones and setting children up for lifelong success:
Creating Safe Spaces:
Maintaining an inclusive, healthy, and organized classroom environment.
Designing Fun Learning:
Planning and executing creative activities that align with PA curriculum guidelines and include Individualized activities to meet all student's needs.
Building Partnerships:
Serving as a supportive communication bridge with parents, sharing daily wins and milestones.
Guiding Social Skills:
Helping children navigate peer interactions, build confidence, and learn emotional regulation. What We Are Looking For We are looking for dedicated professionals who are certified to teach in Pennsylvania. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field with a valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Instructional Certificate for Early Childhood Education (Level 1 or Level 2) 2-years of teaching experience Additional Requirements A genuine enthusiasm, compassion, and patience for young children. Ability to successfully pass all standard Child Protective Clearances. Reliable daily transportation to our Erie locations. Early Connections, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).

$46,000.00 per year
