Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using a faith based curriculum
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment We are a ministry of Alpha Baptist Church.

We are currently seeking:

An educator in our infant room, and 2 floating positions. These are full-time positions (30-40 hours/week).
