About Us:

We are a Christian, family-owned preschool with 7 locations and a private elementary school. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, faith-based environment where children are loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. We pride ourselves on being more than just coworkers—we are a family. We don't consider ourselves a daycare, but a preschool where early education and development are a priority.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Twos Teacher who has a genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education. This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term position, as consistency and stability are extremely important for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers Implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain open communication with parents and team members Follow all licensing and safety regulations Work collaboratively with staff to create a positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required) Ability to pass a background check (required) Experience working with children preferred Education in Early Childhood Development is a plus
