Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Use learning technology and assessment-driven instruction techniques to monitor and support individual progress, including student performance data analysis and quantitative evaluation of developmental milestones. Manage classroom activities that promote literacy, math readiness, physical development, and social-emotional skills through engaging lessons and hands-on experiences. Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design, lesson planning, and educational interventions to ensure consistency in teaching quality across classrooms. Maintain detailed records of each child's growth, behavior management strategies, and compliance with educational regulations and licensing standards. Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress, behavior, and developmental needs through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences. Support children with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), applying inclusive teaching strategies, and working closely with specialists in special education. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, including toddler care and preschool education best practices. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs, applying appropriate academic interventions and classroom accommodations. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques specific to infants. Familiarity with learning technology tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking student progress and instructional planning. Ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional adjustments and support continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists effectively. Knowledge of educational compliance standards related to childcare licensing, Montessori methods, private school requirements, and early childhood regulations.
