Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Support inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and abilities. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies.
