We are looking for experienced , energetic, and friendly Early Childhood Education Professionals to join our School for the 2026/27 school year!

Job Description:

Our Teachers utilize The Goddard School's proprietary curriculum, Wonder of Learning, to create their own lesson plans. Wonder of Learning aligns with our belief that children learn through their own curiosity, which means that you will share in the fun while helping to build lifelong learners! Integral to Wonder of Learning is Inquiry . Our teachers are asking open-ended questions and follow-up questions as part of the lesson, helping our students develop critical thinking skills. Our teachers look for learning opportunities that correspond with the children's natural interests. If the teachers have planned a lesson on the solar system but the children are fascinated by the rain falling outside, they change the subject of the lesson to focus on the weather. The teachers can also customize the lessons to meet the individual needs of each child. Goddard Schools provide a teacher-to-child ratio that allows all the children to receive the individualized attention they need to grow and learn at a comfortable pace. Our highly qualified teachers and administrators provide a fun, nurturing, and developmentally-appropriate program.
