Responsibilities Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Support children's individual needs through attentive caregiving, behavior management, and positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum guidelines. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and daily experiences. Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures, emergency response plans, and sanitation practices. Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on childhood development, special education strategies, and classroom management. Requirements A genuine love for working with children combined with a caring attitude and patience. Basic knowledge of childhood development principles and early education practices. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning activities Help children thrive from 6 weeks to 12 years old Familiarity with first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Reliable attendance record with a professional approach to caregiving responsibilities.
