Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management and behavior management strategies. Foster positive relationships with children by providing individualized attention and supporting their social-emotional needs. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards to maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor child development and tailor instruction accordingly. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or childcare environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety in emergency situations. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math, or other core subjects for young children is preferred.
