Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childcare Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Float Teacher, to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant, supportive environment. Teachers will implement age appropriate child development activities, while maintaining a safe, nuturing, and engaging learning environment for all children. We will work to foster growth across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for children's lifelong learning and well-being. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's emotional development. Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress through observations, and documentation to inform parents. Create an environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine love for working with children and families. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social interaction while supporting toddler care and preschool experience. Collaborate with specialists in early intervention to support children with diverse learning needs. Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a structured environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's development, milestones, and classroom activities to foster strong partnerships. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Background in special education or early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
