Key Responsibilities Kid-Centered Household Systems:

Creating routines and organizational systems around the child's school schedule, activities, belongings, and day-to-day needs.

School Pickups & After-School Flow:

Reliable school transportation, getting kiddo settled at home, preparing snacks, and creating a smooth transition into the afternoon/evening.

Creative Child Engagement:

Planning fun, age-appropriate activities, outings, projects, and screen-free ways to keep an energetic and curious kiddo engaged.

Inventory & Supply Management:

Keeping running lists and staying ahead of household and child-related supplies—from school needs and snacks to toiletries and activity materials.

Family Logistics:

Managing pickups, returns, shopping, appointments, and other moving pieces that keep the family's week running smoothly.

Proactive Organization & Planning:

Seeing what needs attention before being asked, creating sustainable solutions, and continually refining systems as the child and household needs evolve.
