The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in our care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention. Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, supporting their emotional and developmental needs. Engage in ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students. Utilize standardized testing methods to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Experience Proven experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting is essential. Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Experience in behavior management strategies and knowledge of childhood development principles. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Additional experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus. Montessori training or private school experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
