Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to support the development and well-being of children in a nurturing 3 year old environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, classroom management, and caregiving, with experience working with children 3-4 years old. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through engaging activities, safety supervision, and personalized care. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities and playtime Open/close our classroom daily. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and cooperation Communicate regularly with parents at drop off and pick up. Assist lead teacher with classroom duties. Experience Prior experience working in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is beneficial but training for the right candidate available Classroom experience managing groups of children in a structured environment Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques.

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
