They partner with families and colleagues while following Encompass policies, Wisconsin DCF licensing requirements, NAEYC standards, and developmentally appropriate practices. Qualifications Ability to actively supervise children and create a safe, nurturing, engaging environment. Strong relationship-building, communication, teamwork, and professionalism skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use classroom technology for communication, documentation, and assessment. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to meet classroom and DCF ratio requirements. Ability to meet background check and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates Encompass values and commitment to our mission. Early Childhood Education coursework or degree, HighScope or play-based experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and licensed child care or school experience.
