Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Child Care Provider to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. As a key caregiver and educator, you will implement Montessori principles to encourage exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth in preschool and toddler-aged children. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum plans that align with early childhood development standards Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children Support children's emotional well-being through positive behavior management and individualized attention Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and classroom activities Conduct assessments of child development to tailor instruction and support early intervention when needed. Skills Experience working with children across toddler and preschool age groups Strong classroom management skills to foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activity, and creative arts Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during all activities Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children Experience with classroom experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred Ability to adapt teaching strategies for children with diverse learning needs including those requiring additional support in childhood development or physical education Join us as a Montessori Child Care Provider where your enthusiasm fuels young minds!
