Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences-Natural Science Description The Department of Psychology is seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach courses in the Fall 2026 semester which runs from 8/31/26 to 12/18/26. Instructors are needed to teach a course in one of the following areas: Introduction to Psychology laboratory, undergraduate statistics, graduate statistics, psychology and the law, and lifespan development. Successful applicants will demonstrate background training in the course relevant topic. For statistics, applicants must provide evidence of skills in that area. Psychology is one of the largest undergraduate majors at Hofstra. The Psychology department also administers the following graduate programs: Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, PsyD. in School-Community Psychology, MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology. Salary/Salary Range:
$1,458-$1,711 per credit hour
