Job Description

Description:

The Meriden Public School District seeks applicants for a middle grades (6-8) Computer Applications and Technology teaching position at Edison Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. Instruction will include the Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, graphics and publishing software, video production, digital imaging and graphic design. Applicants should also possess working knowledge of the internet and web design. Applicants must be able to connect grade-level curriculum to computer applications.

Qualifications:

A valid Connecticut teacher certification in grades 7-12 is required. Previous experience teaching Computer Applications and Technology preferred
