The Position:

This position includes teaching middle and early high school science courses in Life Science, Physics, and Earth & Space Science. The ideal candidate will provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction that builds scientific thinking, inquiry, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds Experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) Cultural competence

Minimum Qualifications:

Any teaching license and willingness to obtain an out-of-area designation Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or education Ability to obtain a Tier 1 or Tier 2 teaching license, with willingness to work toward a higher tier license
