Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate, dedicated 7th through 11th grade science teachers who can teach Life Science, Physical Science, Biology, and Chemistry. We are also seeking another teacher to teach high school literature. Classes include students from around the world, primarily from our own campuses globally. It is a rich environment of intelligent students. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across science and Literature subjects, incorporating educational technology and instructional modifications as needed Deliver dynamic classroom instruction that caters to diverse learning styles and supports students with special education needs Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation and project-based assessments Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management, classroom responsibilities management, and culturally responsive teaching practices Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and teacher collaboration initiatives to enhance overall program quality Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral concerns, and academic progress through parent-teacher meetings and written updates Mentor students in extracurricular activities such as sports coaching or library services to promote holistic development and community engagement Experience Prior teaching experience with teenagers in middle or high school settings is helpful. Proven ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and accommodate students from diverse cultural backgrounds or with special education needs Experience integrating educational technology tools into classroom instruction to enhance learning outcomes Strong communication skills for effective public speaking, instructional modifications, academic advising, and parent engagement Join us in shaping the future by inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning!
