Job Description

Based on our sustained success and growth, Valley College is looking for Nursing professionals and educators with backgrounds in Biology, Microbiology, or Pathophysiology to teach Nursing students in Valley College's Associate Degree in Nursing program.

Responsibilities of Biology, Microbiology, or Pathophysiology Instructors:

Instruct students in our classrooms and student lab.
Prepare, with the support of Valley College staff, an engaging classroom environment.
Communicate with students and Valley College support staff in a proactive and productive manner.
Post Attendance Daily.
Conduct periodic student advising sessions.
Tutor and/or provide additional academic support as requested by the Program Administrator.
Assess and grade student performance, document student results, and provide updates as requested to the Program Administrator.

Part-time with the potential of full time

Education:

Master's Degree in Biology (Required)

Experience:

Practical hands-on working experience: 5 years (Required)

Teaching:

2 years (Preferred)

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
