Our instructors work directly with children in a fun, fast-paced gymnastics environment. We are looking for individuals who love working with kids, have a positive attitude, and are comfortable being active and hands-on throughout their shift. This is a physical, hands-on position . Gymnastics instructors are required to actively participate in classes and physically spot and assist gymnasts while they are learning skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Teach and assist recreational gymnastics classes Provide a fun, positive, and encouraging environment for students Safely spot and physically assist gymnasts while performing skills Demonstrate and explain age-appropriate gymnastics skills Keep students engaged and actively participating throughout class Maintain control and organization of assigned classes Follow proper gymnastics safety procedures Assist with setting up, moving, and putting away gymnastics equipment Communicate positively and professionally with children, parents, and other staff members Work together with other coaches to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every gymnast We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, dependable, enthusiastic, and great with children. Applicants should be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and being physically active for the duration of their shift. Previous gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, coaching, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
