Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Muay Thai Instructor and ignite passion for martial arts while empowering students of all ages to achieve their fitness and self-defense goals. In this energetic role, you will lead engaging Muay Thai classes, demonstrate technical skills, and foster a motivating environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will inspire participants to push their limits and embrace the art of eight limbs with enthusiasm and professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your martial arts knowledge and make a positive impact on our vibrant community. Duties Lead structured Muay Thai training sessions tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Demonstrate proper techniques, stances, combinations, and defensive maneuvers with clarity and precision Develop customized training plans that align with individual goals and progressions Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing proper equipment use and behavior management Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique, endurance, and confidence Incorporate conditioning exercises, stretching routines, and martial arts drills into classes Communicate effectively with clients regarding class schedules, progress updates, and safety guidelines Requirements Proven experience in Muay Thai or related martial arts such as Karate or Judo, with certification preferred Strong background in sports coaching or physical education instruction Excellent communication skills for engaging with students of all ages and skill levels Ability to demonstrate leadership in team settings and manage behavior effectively Knowledge of first aid procedures including CPR/AED operation; certification is a plus Experience working with children or in childcare environments is highly desirable Familiarity with sports-specific training methods such as soccer coaching or gymnastics is advantageous Passion for teaching physical fitness, sports coaching experience preferred Ability to motivate others while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Muay Thai Instructor and be part of an energetic team dedicated to inspiring health, discipline, and confidence through martial arts!
