We need someone who enjoys working with children, can confidently lead a class, and knows how to make training fun while maintaining structure and a strong focus on safety. This is a hands-on coaching position working with athletes ranging from preschool beginners through advanced parkour students. Previous parkour coaching experience is preferred but not required. We are also open to candidates with experience in ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, tricking, obstacle-course training, or another related athletic background. Responsibilities Lead safe, structured, and engaging parkour classes Teach proper technique, skill progressions, strength, coordination, and obstacle skills Adjust instruction for different ages, ability levels, and learning styles Keep athletes active, focused, and encouraged throughout class Create a positive environment while maintaining clear expectations Follow established class plans and parkour skill progressions Evaluate athletes and communicate class-placement recommendations Set up, inspect, and safely use parkour equipment Build positive relationships with athletes and families Communicate professionally with parents, coaches, and management Assist with parkour camps, clinics, birthday parties, open gyms, and special events Keep the parkour area clean, organized, and ready for classes Follow all safety procedures and facility policies What We're Looking For Experience in parkour, ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, tricking, obstacle-course training, or a related athletic background Previous coaching experience or experience working with children Positive, energetic, and comfortable leading a group Safety-minded and willing to follow established skill progressions Patient and encouraging while still able to maintain structure Dependable, punctual, and consistent Professional when communicating with both children and adults Able to work well as part of a coaching team Open to feedback and willing to continue learning Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to pass a background screening (18+) Position Details Part-time, approximately 5-15 hours per week $15-$18 per hour based on relevant experience, coaching ability, and availability In-person position in Trinity, Florida Afternoon and evening availability is required Some weekend availability is needed for parties, camps, clinics, and special events Training will be provided on our programs, class structure, policies, and safety procedures About Us 360 Sports Centre is a busy youth sports facility offering All Star cheerleading and dance, tumbling, parkour, camps, clinics, parties, and special events.
