Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • As an Outdoor Pursuits Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading outdoor recreational activities for participants.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience leading outdoor activities and coordinating events. Certification in First Aid and CPR. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of outdoor safety protocols.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement outdoor adventure programs for participants of all ages. Coordinate logistics for outdoor trips, including transportation, equipment, and permits. Lead and supervise participants during outdoor activities, ensuring their safety. Instruct participants on outdoor skills and techniques. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Comfortable working in various outdoor environments and weather conditions. Physical fitness and stamina to participate in outdoor activities alongside participants.
