Responsibilities Lead engaging, hands-on enrichment classes for students in grades 1-6. Follow the provided curriculum and activity materials. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage creativity, curiosity, teamwork, and active participation. Provide clear, age-appropriate instructions and demonstrations. Manage classroom activities and maintain positive student engagement. Adapt activities to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels. Qualifications Previous experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or working with children is preferred. Comfortable working with students in grades 1-6. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Creative, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable leading hands-on science, art, or enrichment activities.
