About Us Bozeman Hot Springs is a recreation and wellness facility dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our members and guests. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Swim Instructor to join our team and help swimmers of all ages build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. Duties Provide private and semi-private swim lessons for children through adults, with occasional group lessons as needed. Deliver personalized instruction, constructive feedback, and encouragement during each lesson. Schedule swim lessons and return phone calls to clients as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and lesson documentation. Communicate professionally and effectively with parents, members, and staff. Maintain a consistent work schedule and arrive prepared and on time for all lessons. Must be available to work some afternoons/evenings and Sundays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current CPR/AED Certification, or willingness to obtain certification. Current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain certification. Previous swim instruction experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Dependable, organized, and passionate about teaching swimmers of all ages. Benefits Competitive pay starting at $31.00-$32.00 per hour.
