Do you love the artistry and strength of aerial silks, hammock, hoop, or trapeze? Are you passionate about helping students discover their confidence and creativity in the air? Ohio Sports Academy in Springboro, OH, is looking for enthusiastic aerial instructors—full-time or part-time—to join our award-winning team!

Who We're Looking For:

Instructors with experience teaching aerial arts (Silks, Hammock, Lyra/Hoop, and/or Trapeze) to children, teens, or adults. Friendly, engaging individuals who love working with students of all levels—from first-time flyers to advanced aerialists. Team players open to training in related areas like tumbling, ninja, trampoline, and preschool movement classes.

What We Offer:

Stable scheduling —teach one day or up to six days per week.

Available hours:

Monday-Friday (3:30 pm-8:30 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am-1:00 pm). Competitive pay based on experience and discipline. Responsibilities:

Teach aerial classes using provided lesson plans and safety protocols. Greet students warmly and take attendance at the beginning of each class. Provide progressions and spotting appropriate to skill level and apparatus. Ensure a safe and encouraging environment while helping students reach their goals. Keep aerial equipment and studio spaces clean and organized. Log student progress notes after each shift. Attend regular staff meetings and communicate effectively with your team.
