We are one of Hillsboro's premier martial arts schools, dedicated to helping children build confidence, respect, discipline, and life skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Position Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient, energetic, and dependable instructor to teach martial arts classes for children ages 3½ to 8 years old. Previous experience in martial arts, gymnastics, dance, ballet, cheerleading, or other athletic activities is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, enjoys working with children, and is excited to learn our teaching methods. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow as an instructor. Responsibilities Teach beginner martial arts classes for young children. Create a fun, positive, and structured learning environment. Encourage students while helping them build confidence, discipline, and respect. Demonstrate basic martial arts techniques and movements. Assist with class setup, cleanup, and maintaining a professional training environment. Work closely with our instructor team to provide an outstanding experience for every student and family.
