In this role, you will lead energetic kickboxing sessions that promote fitness, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will inspire participants of all ages and skill levels to achieve their personal health goals while fostering a fun and motivating environment. Duties Design and deliver structured kickboxing classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and engagement. Demonstrate proper techniques, stances, and combinations to maximize effectiveness and minimize injury risk. Provide clear instructions and real-time feedback to help participants improve their skills and confidence. Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that motivates clients to push their limits and enjoy their workout. Monitor participants' performance, behavior, and safety during classes, applying behavior management strategies as needed. Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, progress, and safety protocols. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, sanitized, and ready for use before each session. Experience Proven experience in martial arts such as Karate or Kickboxing, with a strong understanding of technique and training methods. Prior coaching or sports-specific training instruction experience, especially working with children or diverse age groups. Familiarity with sports coaching principles, team leadership, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of first aid procedures including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation. Experience working in health clubs or gym environments is highly desirable. Background in teaching physical education or sports like soccer, basketball, climbing, or swimming is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients of all ages and skill levels.
