KidStrong Coach Pay:

$16.00-$20.00 per hour About KidStrong KidStrong is a science-based training program that helps kids build confidence, strength, and character. Our structured classes support the physical, social, and emotional development of children from walking age through 11 years old. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and positive individuals to join our team as KidStrong Coaches ! Position Summary As a KidStrong Coach, you will lead and assist classes while creating a fun, safe, and high-energy environment. You'll help kids build confidence, stay active, and develop important life skills while delivering an exceptional experience for both children and their families. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist KidStrong classes using our established curriculum Create a safe, energetic, and engaging environment for kids Motivate and encourage children while helping them build confidence Communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service to parents Assist with class setup, cleanup, and transitions Work closely with other coaches and team members Help classes run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused attitude Qualifications Positive attitude and high energy Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment Strong team-player mentality Availability to work evenings and/or weekends Preferred Experience Experience is preferred but not required.
