What You'll Do Lead 1-hour chess classes that are fun, engaging, and structured. Teach students of varying levels using our proven Chess4Life curriculum. Manage a safe and positive learning environment. Track student progress and provide individualized feedback. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the Chess4Life team. Collaborate with team members to share ideas and continually improve. What We're Looking For Age 18 or older. Chess knowledge and willingness to learn our curriculum. Enjoy working with children; patient, kind, and encouraging. High energy, fun, and comfortable in a classroom setting. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using computers, email, and digital documents. Able to pass a background check. Classes are Monday

• Friday, 3pm
• 7pm/8pm and one Saturday a month.

Bonus Points If You Have Previous experience teaching or coaching kids. Coaching, mentoring, or classroom management experience. Familiarity with Lichess.
