Job Description

Part-Time Ninja Obstacle Course Instructor USA Ninja Challenge - Brookfield, WI Do you have a passion for fitness and a gift for coaching kids? Turn that passion into the most exciting job you've ever had! USA Ninja Challenge is looking for energetic and inspiring instructors to lead our next generation of ninjas. Think "American Ninja Warrior" for kids. You'll coach children as they learn to climb, swing, jump, and balance, building their confidence and athletic skills in a fun, safe environment. This is a high-energy role where you lead by example and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead high-energy classes and birthday parties for kids, teaching them to conquer obstacles like the Warped Wall, ropes, and balance beams. Champion a safe and encouraging environment, ensuring every child feels supported and challenged. Motivate students through positive reinforcement and dynamic coaching. Engage with parents, sharing their child's progress and achievements. Assist with daily gym setup and operations to keep our facility in top shape. You Are a

Great Fit If You:

Have experience with classroom management. Are passionate about physical activity, health, and sports coaching. Have a natural ability to connect with and motivate school-aged children. Bring an infectious level of energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. Are a reliable, positive team player and an excellent role model. Have with experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camp counseling, etc.). Ninja, parkour or gymnastics coaching experience is not required but it is a big plus if you have it.

Schedule:

Saturday shifts start at 8 am. Typical weekday shifts start between 3:00 - 3:30pm Typical shifts range from 3 to 5 hours

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
