Job Description

The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is looking for caring and motivated individuals to provide supervision before school during the 2025-2026 school year located at an elementary school. This position is responsible for the supervision of elementary aged participants in a safe and nurturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises the children and all activities. Maintains participant records as required (i.e. rosters, attendance, etc.). Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Prepares and maintains program site and equipment. Organizes and puts away program equipment. Report damaged equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire date. At least 18 years of age. Previous experience working with children 2 year degree/childcare classes

WAGE SCALE

: $15.00 per hour based on experience/education. Additional premium for bilingual in English/Spanish.
