Role:

As a Float Teacher, you'll play a key support role in our center, helping to ensure the daily flow of our classrooms and operations run smoothly. You'll be working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old , offering assistance wherever it's needed—from giving teachers breaks, to helping in classrooms, to keeping our environment clean and welcoming for all.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities Provide support in all classrooms and with all age groups as needed Step into classrooms to assist or lead when staff are out or on break Wash dishes, do laundry, and help maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Follow daily cleaning and sanitation protocols Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Be open to training in each classroom's routines, expectations, and curriculum Communicate and collaborate with team members and leadership Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children of all ages Flexible and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility Willingness to be trained in multiple classroom settings Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs Must be a team player who supports others and contributes to a positive work culture Previous experience in childcare is a plus but not required —we're happy to train the right person!
