Desired Qualifications:
Active Special Education Teacher certification in Arkansas Experience managing IEPs (writing, implementing, and monitoring progress) Familiarity with K-12 caseloads; comfortable with both self-contained and resource settings Ability to perform all general functions and responsibilities associated with Special Education positions Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills A growth-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and reliable work ethic
