Key Requirements:

Experience as a paraprofessional in an educational environment CPI training is mandatory Comfortable working with K-12 student populations Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and adaptability Completion of onboarding and clearance processes prior to start

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom activities and specific student needs Implement CPI techniques to support positive student behavior Support the individual learning and emotional needs of students across all grade levels (K-12) Monitor student progress and document observations as needed Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe classroom atmosphere Collaborate with staff to ensure the best outcomes for students Embrace a rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to help students grow and achieve.
