Qualifications Valid teaching credential in Special Education Experience supporting K-6th grade students Previous RSP (Resource Specialist Program) experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage diverse student needs effectively Responsibilities Support a caseload of 13 students in a K-6th grade RSP class Plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation Regularly communicate with families and guardians Work full-time, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Non-taxable stipends for housing and meals Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401(k) plan for long-term financial security Travel support from start to finish Opportunities for career growth and meaningful networking Explore new places, broaden your experience, and embrace impactful work.
