Mission & Vision Statement Cultivate a fun, loving, compassionate, educational program and environment for our clients on the autism spectrum where their unique potential is recognized, celebrated, and fully supported. Ensure our clients stay healthy as a whole person (mind, body, emotions, social-wellbeing) through physical activities, the right nutrition, and other services. Foster a positive and family-like community rooted in team spirit, respect, kindness, and accountability. Job Summary We're looking for someone who loves doing meaningful work behind the scenes without needing the spotlight, but who is deeply motivated to fulfill our mission and vision. Our all-female support team in Orange, CA is seeking a kind, honest, and collaborative team player who leads with action rather than words to help our clients reach their unique potential. This position involves providing direct care and building rewarding bonds with two adult women with moderate-to-severe autism. Our days are active and centered around supportive daily activities.
